K9 Puppy Time is for puppies up to 5 months old, and provides special care for the young dog.

Facilitation of house training, crate training, socialization with unique sounds and everyday house hold items, unique items, socialization with animals, and people. Bite inhibition. Teach: sit, stand, down, come when called, loose leash walking, handling, take it and give it, introduction to stay.

Cost: $150 for the first week, $125 every week after until 4-5 months old.

Owners and puppy should be able to pass the test for AKC’s S.T.A.R. Puppy Program following this course.

This training class is catered toward dogs over 5 months old.

Your dog will learn the following behaviors:

Sit stand and down on 1 cue hand signal; sit and wait at door; sit for attention; come when called; loose leash walking, meet new people and sit for petting; learn 2 tricks; leave it; wait for food bowl; stay for one minute; settle, on bed or in crate; give and take it; and handling.

Cost: $200 for the first week, $175 for refresher.

Owner and dog should be able to pass APDT Level K9 - BA.

This class is for dogs over 5 months old, and have completed and passed the Sophomore training level above.

Your dog will learn the following behaviors:

Wait in car 5 seconds; loose leash walking with distractions and leave it; wait at doors with distractions; come when called; sit, stand, down on verbal cue; handling; stay with distance; targeting and trick.

Cost: $175 for the first week, and $150 for refresher.

Owner and dog should be able to pass APDT Level K9 - MA.

This class is for dogs over 5 months old, and have completed and passed the Sophomore and Junior training levels above.

Your dog will learn the following behaviors:

LLW, back up, stay, come, meet other human and dog on leash, attention, table manners, sit, stand down, targeting, sit stay 3 minutes, down stay for 5.

Cost: $150 for the first week and $125 for refresher.

Owner and dog should be able to pass APDT Level K9 - Ph-D and pass AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test.
